IT Service Desk


The Service Desk acts as the central point of contact between the eHealth Directorate service providers and NHS Tayside colleagues on a day to day basis. It is also a focal point for reporting all incidents and for service requests.

The Service Desk is located within Maryfield House in Dundee and acts as first line support for IT services across NHS Tayside, Practitioner Services and third party suppliers.  It provides an interface, for other service management activities (such as change, problem, configuration, release and continuity management).

On average the Service Desk supports 8,500 colleagues per month.
